JLM STUDIO LINE
I hand-fabricate all of my pieces with love and the utmost attention to detail. The design inspiration for many of my pieces comes from seeing beauty in the combination of irregular shapes. With the exception of the "One-of-a-Kind" jewelry, the pieces you see listed on my portfolio are currently in stock and are ready to ship.
PAYMENT
I accept Paypal and money orders made out to Joana Miranda Studio. I will process your order as soon as I have received confirmation of payment. I ship pieces within 7 days of receiving verification of payment from Paypal.
SHIPPING
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Items under $50 are shipped USPS First Class Mail. All items over $50 are shipped USPS First Class Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. I ship within 7 days of receiving verification of payment from Paypal. Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.6% sales tax on purchases in addition to shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders will be sent USPS airmail where available for a flat rate of $6, unless otherwise specified. Insurance/delivery confirmation/tracking are NOT included in this service. If you would prefer a different mail service, please contact me prior to purchasing so I may accurately calculate your total.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
I am happy to upgrade your shipping to express for either domestic or international packages. If interested, please let me know and I can send you an updated invoice.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I want you to love your new jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for EXCHANGE or CREDIT ONLY. Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Return shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
If you should lose one earring in a pair, I am happy to remake a matching earring for you and will discuss pricing with you. In most cases, I will need to have the remaining earring sent back so that I can make as close a match as possible.
